How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Flashcrying Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How a call or message with Flashcrying Concrete went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If something is wrong with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you say and hear.
Please still let us know. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Flashcrying Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@flashcrying.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your message arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
